Post & Beam

Hit the ground running @ Post & Beam in LA. Had the kale salad and shared the beef and turkey burgers. Nice start to my West Coast visit.

Venezuela on LES

Check out Patacon Pisao for a patacon, a Venezuelan sandwich. @ 139 Essex @ Rivington Street 646-678-5913 pataconpisaonyc.com

Woodberry Kitchen Baltimore

We had a great meal and fun time @ Woodberry Kitchen in Baltimore. We arrived early Sunday eveving and took a seat at the bar. The menu is pretty long but we managed to get through several plates including some salads, pizzas (flatbreads) and a few 'starters'. We ended with a 'sundae' in a glads.

Miss Shirley's

We had a decent breakfast at Miss Shirely's at the Inner Harbor. The sandwich came on pumperknickle which offers a nice break from the usual whole wheat or 'white'. The eggs came with grits and there was a choice of hash browns or home fries (always a sign of a serious breakfast place).
