Encore






Scenes from a recent trip to Paris. You can see I took advantage of the season and had a few dishes with mushrooms.

1. Sautéed mushrooms with garlic and parsley and 2. seafood 'salad' at Brindille; 3. 'escargot' at Chez l'ami Jean ; 4. soft egg and mushrooms (this dish was really very good) and 5. duck at Cafe Constant
