Scenes from a recent trip to Paris. You can see I took advantage of the season and had a few dishes with mushrooms.

Just received a copy of the Food Lovers' Guide to Maine by Margaret Hathaway. Margaret is also the author of Living with Goats and The Year of the Goat. She lives in southern Maine with her husband Karl Schatz (a colleague of mine), where they raise dairy goats and poultry and make cheese. Check out their place Ten Apple Farm.
