Last week I rode down to Rivington Street to try some bao at Baohaus. I ordered 3 of them - 'skirt steak', pork belly and chicken. The pork belly was very tasty but the beef one was a bit dry, and at $4 a bao, not really worth it. So I decided to supplement the 3 bao with an order of Prosperity Dumplings.
