Just arrived at the headquarters of Noilly Prat in Marsellian, just south of Montpellier. The wine is first aged in Canadian oak barrels inside for about 8 months and then moved outdoors for more aging. Then moved again inside were spices, herbs and alcohol are added to the wine.
