Eating Well in Peru

this is a great fish place called segunde muelle. mine is a marisco with tacu tacu. the second photo is of marinating tripe at a famous anticucho (marinated beef heart kebobs--a peruivian delicacy) restaurant. not pictured is the marinated guinea pig, cuy, (from a restaurant in the andes) i sent jon. guess he didn't want to ruin appetites....
